For ten years I climbed the corporate ladder in finance and banking and loved my job.  But with a growing family at home and a husband with a booming business of his own, it became clear it was time for me to step off the fast track for a while.  After the initial honeymoon period of being a stay-at-home mom, I realized I missed that part of me, everyday. Not just the financial reward of working, but managing and mentoring others to achieve their goals.  Enter a crisp fall New England day, and me scrolling Pintrest looking for ideas, when I came across a product from Initial Outfitters.  I linked to their catalog and page after page, I fell in love.  The quality and variety of products along with the range of price points had me hooked!  I had never seen a home party company like this before.  At the time there were no active consultant in my area to see the line in person, but I talked over the phone with a team leader and my decision was made -  I jumped in, with both feet, and have never looked back!
